On behalf of the "Institute of Global Health" at the University of Geneva, we produced the photo and video capture of the Health-CH Symposium, which took place over two days in September 2024. The objective set by the clients was to capture the atmosphere of the event, give a voice to all the speakers and respect the DNA of the entity in the photographic and audiovisual rendering.
Most of the time, a distinction is made between photographic and video capture, mainly for reasons of capture equipment and skills. Nevertheless, this represents a significant cost for the customer if he has to call on two different people. What's more, having two people doing the capturing at the same time is a nuisance for viewers.
The difficulty with capturing is the lighting, which is usually artificial, zenithal and sometimes very dark.
We succeeded in capturing the entire event with a single camera, with high-quality photography and audiovisual rendering, respecting the event's highlights and breathtaking moments.
